I'm not afraid to admit it.

So yeah. I'm so in love with Cooking Mama. Possibly because Mama reminds me of my own mom or possibly because there's nothing quite as satisfying as taking apart a squid on your DS screen, but I own both the original and it's sequel, and bought the Wii version for my parents, and I AM NOT ASHAMED. I know that it's repetitive and domestic and covered in sparkles and flowers but HELL I want my own fully-stocked kitchen and this is the closest thing I'm going to get for the time being.

Also- Professor Layton and the Curious Village is all kinds of win. Way to temporarily satiate my need for puzzles during the Myst dry spell!

Westerns watched in 2008:

The Ox-Bow Incident
My Darling Clementine
High Noon
Seven Samurai
The Man from Laramie
3:10 to Yuma (1957)
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance
Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid
Dead Man
Brokeback Mountain
3:10 to Yuma (2007)
There Will Be Blood

Am tempted to go down the chronological list of Westerns on Wikipedia after finishing up this Cowboy class and just fill in the gaps. Thanks, Netflix!
