Mmm, Reeses.

Hallowe'en was considerably lack-luster this year, but that's simply because I've had not the time nor the resources to make a costume along the vein of past years, and because the official risd party is on friday- the Artists' Ball. Exciting.

Though we all wanted to cling desperately to our youth and go trick-or-treating, downtown Providence isn't a residential area by any stretch of the imagination and we ended up buying candy at the local CVS (though James did get a twinkie from some seniors, I admit) and wandering around aimlessly. I was simply 'dressed nicely with a Hallowe'en theme,' as was Kelly, and the rest of the gang had similarly thrown together costumes seeing how we wanted to save our better ones for the big party- Casey was a faerie, Kate a hot pirate, James was a woman, and Asher went as a gay stereotype. Good for him. I'll post photos later, because I have to admit that I think I looked quite lovely indeed.

In other news, it turns out that some of the Myst fans whom I've known for a good four years or so (Jerle, m01ety, etc.) are gonna get together in Boston on the 13th- I'm pretty sure I can go, and it THRILLS me to now that I'll finally be able to attend something with the gang from MystCommunity. Huzzah!

Welp, I'm off to bed now after some Smash Bros. & 2D homework, but I'll probably end up reading Time & Again until 3 or so. Urgh.
